Kihei Villages is a large condominium complex at the far north end of Kihei near Sugar Beach. There are 60 two-story buildings
with a total of 532 two-bedroom units. Vacation rentals are prohibited, pets are allowed (check on restrictions). Maintenance fees are low compared to many Kihei condos.
The Kihei Villages website is available for public access (plus there is an owner section requiring login). Included therein are their 2017 house rules which includes their pet policy which was increased to 2 pets per unit.
A property map for Kihei Villages is available for download. Note that guest parking is adjacent to the red "YOU ARE HERE" marking. Building numbers are generally clockwise starting from the office building adjacent to the entrance off Uwapo Road.
The following condominium properties are similar to each other: Kihei Villages, Keonekai Villages, Kihei Shores, Southpointe at Waiakoa, & Villas at Kenolio all in Kihei. In addition there is Iao Parkside in Wailuku, Napilihau Villages in West Maui, and Halelani Village in Lihue Kauai. Villas at Kenolio are a little more upscale than the others.
