Southpointe at Waiakoa is a 2-story condominium project in North Kihei which is one of four in Kihei known as the most affordable.  They are for owner-occupancy or long term rental and not for short term vacation rentals.  It is an attractive, well-kept project just two blocks from Sugar Beach.  There are 39 buildings with a total of 346 units.  Much of the on-site parking is so-called "tandem parking" which requires the rear car be moved before the front car can get out which can be an annoyance.  Guest parking is available.

The following condominium properties are similar to each other:  Kihei Villages, Keonekai Villages, Kihei Shores, Southpointe at Waiakoa, & Villas at Kenolio all in Kihei.  In addition there is Iao Parkside in Wailuku, Napilihau Villages in West Maui, and Halelani Village in Lihue Kauai.  Villas at Kenolio are a little more upscale than the others.
