Wai'olu Estates is a 25 acre site that is part of the Kehalani master-planned community on the upper mountain slopes above Wailuku and just below of Wailuku Heights.  The developer was planning to sell vacant parcels for owners to build their own custom homes back in the 2008/2009 time period.  Little had happened until 2022 when a sign went up advertising 60 home lots for sale.  Lot sizes range from 8,544 to 24,432 sq ft.  Although advertised as "NOW SELLING", these lots are not yet listed for sale in the Maui Multiple List Service so pricing is not available.  Dust screens are up suggesting the beginning of site preparation.
