Paradise Ridge Estates Condominiums

A 2017 New Development Project in Kihei on the island of Maui

Paradise Ridge Estates is a new condominium development project started in 2017 and located in South Maui.  The developer refers to these condominium units as "luxury ocean villas" and "residences", perhaps because it's a gated project and it does have distant ocean views. Access is through the Hale Kamaole access off of South Kihei Road.  As of late 2017, construction was estimated to start in 2018 and be completed in 2019.  Construction has indeed started but as of mid-2020 it is not yet complete.  It was just announced that Phase 2 sales releases are starting.  The new, total completion date is not projected for January 2022.

Zoning will not allow short term vacation rentals in this project.  They are for owner-occupancy or long term rental only.
