Incomplete Listing Searches: Whether you are using this site, Realtor.com,
Zillow, Google, or some other search solution, you are sure to miss some
of the current
listings. Why? Unlike the other Hawaiian islands, Maui data is inconsistent making
complete search results extremely difficult. For example, the subdivision "Wailuku Heights"
(the official name) has 10 different
name variations. A search
for "Wailuku Heights" listings is only 1 of the 10 variations. For a
complete list of available properties, you will need the assistance of
an agent who understands the issue and knows how to overcome it.
