Maunaleo at Kehalani Homes

Maunaleo at Kehalani is part of the Kehalani master-planned community consisting of 83 homes on the terraced slopes of the West Maui Mountains directly above Honopi'ilani Highway and below the Wailuku Heights subdivision.  The developer, Standord Carr, provided multiple home models with 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms from which to choose.  The project was completed in 2006.  There are periodic resales available.  Home sizes range from 1,799 to 2,566 sq. ft.

The Kehalani Community Association has an excellent website listing the different projects comprising this community.  Included therein are maps and other information.
