Maui Meadows

Located in South Maui on the slopes above Wailea

Maui Meadows is a large community, mauka of Piilani Highway, on the lower slopes of Haleakala above luxurious Wailea.  There are over 600 homes & homesites with minimum lot sizes of 1/2 acre which is quite large for Maui.  Many homes have an ohana unit.

As of 2017, typical home prices are in the $1M to $2M range, some less and a few more.
