Maui Kamaole is an upscale resort condominium in South Kihei. It has 316 units in 13 two-story buildings on a lushly landscaped 23 acres. Features include 2 pools, BBQ area, and tennis courts. It's located directly across from Kamaole III beach park and the Kihei Boat Ramp.  Although buildings are classified as 2-story, a loft within the top units effectively make it 3.

Maui Kamaole was built in 3 phases starting makai and progressing mauka.  Phase I was completed in 1988, Phase 2 in 1989, and Phase 3 (the largest) in increments from 1990 to 1999.  Units are 1 and 2 bedrooms, all with 2 baths.  Upper units with a 2nd floor loft overlooking the living area are especially nice.  Unit sizes range from 849-1053 sq. ft for the 1 bedroom to 1052-1,244 sq ft for 2 bedroom units.

At time of this publication, it was managed by Destination Maui, LLC.  Filings with the DCCA show an estimated owner occupancy of 50%.
