The Legends at Maui Lani is a residential community of 277 homes by Schuler Homes.  Phase 1 was started in 2003 and then followed by Phase 2 in 2006.  The community has 6 different home styles as outlined below.  All have 2-car garages.  These homes were intended to appeal to those looking for a more moderately priced selection.  Initial sales prices started around $320,000 and went up to just under $700,000.  Home prices were increasing in the period between Phase 1 & Phase 2 so that Phase 2 homes tended to be priced higher than Phase 1.
