Kuikahi Workforce Housing

Located in Central Maui on the Lower Slopes of the West Maui Mountains

Kuikahi is a recently-announced workforce housing project planned for Wailuku.  It's classified as a mixed-development consisting of single-family & duplex homes, condos, live-work, and tiny homes.  Location is to be to the left of Kuikahi Drive as one heads up toward Wailuku Heights.  Construction of this 204-unit project is to be by Alaula Builders.  This information is preliminary in nature which was announced in early 2021.  Additional information is contained in a Maui News article and this 2022 article in Maui Now (these links typically go inactive at some point).
