Kamani at Kehalani is a duplex-home project developed in 2016-2017 by Towne Dvelopment with 138 units. It's located on the Northwest corner of the Kehalani community at the foothills of the West Maui Mountains. Interestingly, it's location is not far from Iao Valley although there is no direct road access. The developer has developed many other Maui projects.  These are large homes with nice features including an enclosed laundry room inside the home (not in garage).  As of early 2020, construction is fully complete and Towne Island Homes is busy with the neighboring projects of Ilima and Anuhea.

I toured the model units in December 2017 while considering a purchase for my own primary residence before deciding on the neighboring community of Ke'Alohilani.  I will be pleased to share my thoughts, experience and knowledge with other buyers who are considering a purchase or owners preparing to sell.

Kamani is replacing the former development plan for "Bungalows at Kehalani" by Stanford Carr.
