Ilima at Kehalani single-family homes is a new project by Towne Island Homes in the master planned Kehalani community which was announced in late 2017.  Company literature says it will have 49 homes with 8 floor plans ranging in size from 1,390 to 1,998 square feet of living space featuring three bedrooms and two baths. Additional details are being tightly guarded by the developer.  This author lives in a community adjacent to Ilima and has observed that some homes are under construction, perhaps to be used as sales offices.

When re-visited in December 2020, construction was nearly complete, dustscreens are coming down, and the developer is now focused on construction of a much-larger nearby community, Anuhea at Kehalani.
