Hokulani Golf Villas is an ongoing project being developed at the Maui Nui Golf Club (formerly known as the Elleair Golf Club) on Maui's South Side.  The project is mauka of Piilani Highway located off Lipoa Parkway.  These are luxurious condominiums in a free-standing, unattached format in an area with enough elevation to provide views of central Maui and the distant coastline.  These 2-story condo-homes feature tile roofs and 2-car garages with impecible interior designs.  The location is convenient to all that Kihei and Wailea have to offer, beaches, shopping, restaurants, golden sunsets, and more.  Plans are for152 homes with a third of those constructed as of late 2012.  Sales prices have been in the $3/4 million to $1.5 million range.  Living areas are in the 1,800 to 2,500 sq. ft. range.  On-site amenities include a clubhouse, infinity edge pool, and 5 acre park.  Six different floor plans in 1- and 2-story formats are offered. The project is a gated community with short term rentals not allowed.

Another look at this project in December 2018 showed continuing construction.  At that time, 12 homes were listed for sale (some were resales) at prices from $1.0M to $1.6M with 5 already under contract.
