Akolea at Kehalani is part of the Kehalani master-planned community consisting of 97 homes on the terraced slopes of the West Maui Mountains below the Wailuku Heights subdivision.  The developer, Town Island Homes, provided 7 different home models from which to choose.  The developer has sold out this project but there are periodic resales available. 

All homes have views of the West Maui Mountains and many have stunning views of the ocean, harbor, and city below.  Homes have 3 and 4 bedrooms, 1,700 to over 2,400 sq. ft. of living area, and are on lot sizes of 7,036 to 16,635 sq. ft.  Median home size is approximately 1,906 sq. ft. and median lot size is approximately 9,200 sq. ft.  These are very nice homes in a growing area which bodes well for future values.  There is a small, grassy park at the lower corner of the community and 4 grassy pathways between community streets and Kuikahi Drive.
